1. Introduction

4. Appointments & Payments
Consultations are available only through prior appointment.
Payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of service unavailability or cancellation by us.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from reliance on the consultation.
You understand and agree that the Service does not establish a professional-client relationship beyond the scope of the consultation.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of digital communications.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may request to reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice, the fee will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property
Any written materials, resources, or documents provided during the consultation are for your personal use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective once published on our website/platform.
