We do our best to provide services as described and within the agreed timelines. However, if for any reason we can't deliver the service you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. A refund will only be considered if there's a clear problem or defect with the service or product you bought from us.

  2. If you change your mind after paying for a service, we won’t offer a refund, as there’s no issue with the service itself.

  3. If you request a refund more than 15 days after purchasing, and we’ve already completed the service (as confirmed by email or other communication), the refund request will not be accepted.
